For bands
Bands using Korpshåndboka get access to group features that make it easy to keep track of practice activity.
Everyone in the band gets access via a simple 6-character code. The conductor shares the code — members enter it in the app.
See who's practicing and how much. Total minutes, number of sessions and a leaderboard of who's leading this week.
The conductor or teacher sets a weekly practice goal (for example 30 minutes per member) that the whole band works toward together.
Members earn badges for reaching the goal, keeping their streak and contributing the most. Everything appears in a shared band overview.
The conductor or teacher can assign weekly pieces as tasks and post messages right in the app — members see them on the Home screen.
Roles for admin, teacher and member. Manage members, transfer admin access and reset join codes when needed.

Getting started
Questions and answers
Øverommet is a practice app for band musicians, built as part of Korpshåndboka. It combines a tuner, metronome, rhythm trainer and play-along lessons with sheet music in one and the same app — so you can practice smarter and see your progress over time.
All common band instruments: flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone (alto and tenor), bassoon, cornet, trumpet, French horn, alto horn, trombone, baritone/euphonium and tuba. Transposition and frequency range adapt automatically.
Yes! The tuner, metronome and basic practice features are completely free. You can use 5 pieces without signing in, or sign in for 10 pieces. Full access to all pieces, statistics and AI tips costs 179 kr as a one-time purchase.
Has your band bought Korpshåndboka? Then every member gets full access through the join code.
A join code is a 6-character code that the conductor or band leader shares with members. When you enter the code in the app, you automatically get full access to all features — as long as the band has bought Korpshåndboka.
Yes, most of the functionality works offline. Pieces and exercises are cached locally after first use. Statistics are stored locally and sync when you're back online.
The tuner uses your phone's microphone and an advanced algorithm (YIN) to detect pitch in real time. It's adapted to each instrument with the right frequency range, and shows visually whether you're playing in tune, too sharp or too flat.
Yes! Øverommet is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). All features are the same on both platforms.
After each practice session the app analyzes your playing and generates a personal practice tip using AI. The tip takes into account your instrument, the type of piece, and what you can improve — for example intonation, timing or register balance.
The Games tab has four short mini-games, each training a different musical skill: Note Hunt for sight-reading, Echo Chain for ear training, Rhythm Run for rhythm and Pitch Climb for intonation. Each day a new challenge appears that gives bonus Notes when you complete it.
In free mode you can play each game a limited number of times per day. With full access it's unlimited.
Studio is a built-in multi-track recorder. You can record up to 6 tracks in a project, hear a metronome click while you play, adjust the volume of each track and export the finished mix as an audio file. Perfect for playing multiple parts with yourself or making demo recordings.
Notes are the app's reward — an in-app currency you earn by practicing, completing daily quests and beating records in the mini-games. You can spend Notes on sticker packs or freeze your streak when you need to take a day off.
Stickers are 46 collectibles in three rarity tiers (common, uncommon, rare) shown in the sticker book under the Me tab.
Yes. Bands with a Band Sheet Music subscription get access to a dedicated module in the app, where members can play the band's own pieces with synchronized sheet music, rehearsal marks and loop sections. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

1. Band code: If your band has bought Korpshåndboka, all members get access via a join code.
2. Book verification: Bought the book yourself? Verify your email address and it'll be matched with the purchase.
3. In-app purchase: 179 kr one-time purchase directly in the App Store or Google Play.
